Alcoholism and Drug Addiction are progressive, fatal diseases which is why we have chosen to provide long term residential treatment (a minimum of 90 days to a year) to a specific population of alcoholics and addicts with a relapse history. We provide a range of services within a supportive, strong 12 step environment.

These services include long term treatment, group and individual counseling, dual diagnosis counseling, family counseling, life skills training, chemical dependency education, relapse prevention skills, and daily attendance at 12 step meetings.

The length of stay of our clients is individually determined by the client's progress in drug and alcohol treatment, and the evaluation of the entire treatment team. Our team brings together over 80 years of experience in treating alcoholics and addicts to the decision making process and each decision is based on each alcoholic or addict's unique treatment needs.

Do you take insurance? We do not take insurance we are private pay only.

What is the length of stay? Length of stay is determined by the client’s progress in treatment. MINIMUM commitment is 120 days. The average length of stay is between 6 to 9 months.

What kind of success rate do you have? Of the people who successfully complete treatment 75% are staying sober.

Why long term treatment? We work with clients with whom 30-day treatment has not worked. The longer length of stay enables us to work on solutions to the things that were missed in past treatment episodes. Extensive research and our own outcome surveys show that the longer the treatment stay the client is less likely to relapse. With the longer length of stay we have enough time to create habits and lifestyles that are conducive to long term recovery.

What does the program consist of? Life-skills, 12 Step & Spiritual Guidance, chemical dependency counseling, group & individual therapy.

What are the qualifications of your counselors? All of our counselors are licensed chemical dependency counselors.

How are psychiatric needs handled? We are fortunate to have a renowned psychiatrist who is also an addictionologist on staff.

Do you have a medical staff? We do not, but we use a clinic and a hospital close by for general medical needs.

How is contact with family done? Our clients each have 1 phone call on Sunday for 5 minutes and we have visitation once a month on the first or third Sunday of the month.
